How to do a Standing Preacher Curl
Start the exercise by standing with a staggered stance close to the preacher curl bench. Placing the back of your upper arms on the preacher bench pad, grab the barbell or EZ bar (weighing about 20-25 lbs) using an underhand grip. Raise the weight until it reaches your shoulder level. Hold the position for 1-3 seconds and then lower the bar so that your arms are again fully extended.
